My Judge was late today. My Hearing was 1:00pm but i go to the Hearing room around 2:00pm. A long time and 2 denials my waiting finally paid off. Judge found in my favor. I had male Judge, a internist, vocational expert, court reporter, me and my Lawyer. My judge was very nice. first thing he apologies to me to being so late for hearing.
than he asked me about my Education,
he ask me what type medication i am taking and why?
he ask me you cook?
how often you go out to eat?
who cook for you?
he ask me why i am eating pain medician and did you really have that much pain.
he ask me did you drive to the hearing?
i told him my husband drive for me. than he told me to go get my husband in the room. he was outside in waiting room.
when my husband come to the room he ask my husband you have very nice young lady but she had a health problem.
yes than my husband told him she is in so much pain she can not do anything.
than Judge ask the internist & vocational expert opinion. they both answer in my favor. The Judge found my case in fully favorable.
