If u are approved do u get payed while the case is still in Review, or do u receive your first pay after it is returned to your local ss office? My husbands case was picked up for review and sent to atlanta, now it is it baltimore..It was picked up on April 28th.,....

ralinda that is a good question because i was also approved but now that my case was sent to atlanta i want to know the same thing do you get paid why it is in review and what state are the checks cut from

Ralinda30..I just went through that same sequence of events, my case was picked up for review in Baltimore, and the RB had it only 3 weeks, it was approved and from there it goes to local office, took me about 40 days from there to get paid.
