I called today DDS today for an update on my case - Disabilities Message Board

Hi everyone

It beegie. I wanted to thank everyon e who help me trhough this SSDI and SSI process. I just called the Disability Determines Serivces office this morning they said my case has been send back to my local social security office on June 16 2005. i should contact them about the decision. I did also called SSA they said their computers are down to call back in a couple hours. I am very anxious to find out. Do you know will that be good or bad. Let me know. If I need an attorney can anybody recommend a good one that will help win my case. Take Care.

Im not sure if this is how it works in your state, but I was told if it was NOT approved it would go back to the department of disability determanations and if it is approved they send it to social security...I wish you the best...
