I have been on Long Term Disability from my past job now for upper back pain and carpel tunnel In both wrists.
My back is still hurting so bad and both my hands do too. But i was thinking if i should try to go back to work somewhere.I just hate not being able to work, I have raised my sons ( 21 and 24) and they are on their own now.I have always worked to support myself and kids.
I have been sitting around here not really feeling like going anywhere or doing too much of anything.
I have to go to the Mental Health Center here in town for depression. ( Which started when i could not go to work anymore )
If i cannot work right now, what are some other things i can do besides just sitting here day after day.
If you were in my shoes what would you do ? Thanks so much ! I will check back in tomorrow. KK
