SSD Approved!!!!!!!!! - Disabilities Message Board

After several years since I first applied I got my approval letter in the mail today! "Fully Favorable" were the first words I saw. Can't believe it's finally over. Can't decide if I should smile or cry and so far have been going back and forth between the two.

Congratulations! I was just recently approved as well. I am in the waiting for an award letter and payment phase. I hope this part goes fast for us both!

Mary - I sure hope the next step goes quickly. I'm on WC so I'm anxious to see what my SSD benefits will be. Any idea how long it will take for us to get our benefits letters?
