Workman's Comp, SSI, SSDI benefits - use Health Insurance Board
.
Disabilities are health conditions.
Having disability does not automatically equal eligibility for financial assitance.
All people with disabilities need moral support but do not all need or
are not eligible for financial assistance. The Disabilities board is for people
who want advice and moral support about living with disability. All financial benefit questions belong on the Health Insurance Board.
SSDI and Medicare subjects belong on that board since the recipient paid for that insurance.
SSI and Medicaid are paid for insurances, whether or not the recipient did the paying. The subjects are allowed on the Health Insurance board. For all county or state welfare aid questions it is best to call your local county or state offices. State and County rules vary. No one on this website can determine if you are qualified or help you become qualified for financial assistance. See your own doctors and attorneys for that.
If you need help filling out forms, the best people to help are people that know you, your attorney, psychiatrist, counselor or doctor. Note - there is no point to contact us to ask why this is the rule. It is what it is.
Thank you for your cooperation.
