Whatever your profession was prior to your disability this "vocational expert" will advise the judge if you will be able to perform in the same type profession if you were a professional (high paying job)
Or
Perform in the same type of job if in the labor/manufacturer/clerical type of profession (high to low paying type jobs)
Or
Depending on your *age*
AND *gender* trainable for
another profession and/or type of job.
Example: I had a high paying job & was employed for over 35 years before I was *disabled*. There was no way this *vocational expert* was going to advise the judge that I was *retrainable*
AND find another employer who will hire me at my age (53 years young @ the time) for anything comparable to the salary I was previously making!!!! Case Closed.
