| Re: Help!!!!!!
Thanks everyone, As soon as I know what all this is I will let ya'll know. At the hearing, the ALJ said--"it all looks good--I have to check your husbands work record" --I am a widow so applied for widows benefits. His work record was super so that wasn't a problem. Even though it took 13 mths to get the hearing--the judge still didn't have my husbands records! From what I have been told--the judge made his decision and sent it to be typed on March 16. It sat on a desk from March 16 to June 18.On June 18--it went to be typed--which is where they are saying it STILL is. For a very weird thing--on may 2, a man from ODAR headquarters called me and told me that my case had been sent to the payment center and that I needed to double check that the payment center had my correct address.Sooooo, I call the payment center--they tell me--they don't have it. So on about may 24 or so, I call back the man at headquarters and he says--he didn't call me.....I have his name and number on my answering machine and his message--so I don't know anymore. If anyone finds out anything, please let me know. Prayers, Belle
