Awaiting a decision !!! - Disabilities Message Board

I am from NJ and awaiting a decison, I applied in Oct. 07. I have went to 2 of thier Dr's a MD and a phychaitrist. I have Congestive heart failure, lupus, and Pulmonary hypertention, I am on oxygen 24/7, and take 13 medications. How many people got it on the first try? how long did it take? how many from NJ? Sorry for all the questions, I am just going crazy awating a decision. I am using Allsup. how many people have used them, and how was your outcome?

I'm from NJ too. I applied in March 2007 and got my denial in June. I went to a lawyer and he filed the appeal the end of June. I have not heard a thing since. He said I will probably get denied again and win when I go before a judge. I've never been asked to see their doctors or anything. I have provided tons of medical records though. Let's hope we both make it through and win our appeals.
