Hearing tomorrow flipping out!! - Disabilities Message Board

Hi All:

Well it's here. I go tomorrow for my hearing. I was told that the judge is going to speaking to me on a TV. I am in a real panic. I have Bi-polar. I have great records and letters from Phys Doc and Therapist. I have been denied twice. What will this judge see now that has not been seen in my records. I am really scared
I was told it will take an 1/2 hour. My husband will be testifying as well.

Anyone go before the judge for Bi-polar? What was it like? How scared. Oh I have a lawyer as well.

Any help Please.

Be yourself, scared and all. This is NOT the time to try to act normal and fit in. They have everything on paper. Now they want to see how it affects you, and hear you describe it in your own words. It'll be over soon, and I hope you get a Fully Favorable decision there at the hearing, because waiting for the letter to come is really stressful otherwise. Here's hoping you have an understanding judge who agrees with your doctors!

Well there a problem with one of the documents. It was not signed. So Judge is giving lawyer 30 days to look into.

So the wait goes on.
