It takes anywhere from 30 to 60 days to recieved your letter from the judge after you have your hearing. It may take even longer it depends on the backlogs in your state and how quickly the judge processed your decision. Once the judge make your decision on your case it goes to the decision writers office for them write up the judge decision and then send it back to the judge to signed off on it. then mailed you and your attorney a copy.
I recieved my Fully Favorable letter on April 25, 2008. The letter was dated April 16, 2008 so that about 7 weeks. I am still waiting for Backpayments and monthly payments.
Good luck I hope this helps.
