I can understand your frustration! Unfortunatley, like anything else, the correct answer depends on the person, you're taking to. Some are very caring, thorough, while others simply DON'T CARE!!!!.....Had a similar situation, calling the #800 number several times, UNTIL I came upon someone who REALLY CARED!!! She took the time researching, having me on hold for about 7-10 minutes till she combed thru all my files, and when she came back, she came up with the correct, actual answer even including dates!!! Yes, itsyour life, and $$$$, so don't feel badly by calling over, and over again. This is what I did!!
