I'm not trying to be smart***, but call them up and ask them. Child support and money owed to the Federal government like IRS, SSA, or maybe student loans. If you are on disability you can get student loans forgiven after 3 yearsof being on disability. I think if you have children they might get a SSI check because you are on disability, I knew a girl who's child got an SSI check from the disabled father but that was years ago. Maybe you got an overpayment they are taking back. If it is the IRS you can be placed in uncollectable status. I know this because that is where I went out on disability from. Hop to it, start making phone calls.
