 Need to be seen by a Doctor!!!
It's been over a year since I've last been seen by a workcomp doctor. They took my doctors away and said I had to pick one from their list. I picked 2 and they didn't want to see me. I've been having to go to the ER for medication. It's getting old sitting there waiting to be seen. My health has gotten worse. At my last hearing their attorney learned that their doctor raised my disability rate and he didn't like it. He then asked for another court date so he could talk to the doctor. They delay hearings and won't approve a doctor. What can I do to speed the process? Would calling the Insurance Commissioner's office help? Thank you
