CD Hearing Copy????

Has anyone out there ever requested a copy on CD of their hearing?

I did, and I did recieve it, but I can't open it. Why do they make everything so hard.

It is in an extension of TRM. Nothing opens it!!
Has anyone else experienced this>

Thanks Robin

Re: CD Hearing Copy????

TRM is a file extension for sound recordings. Your CD is an audio file of your hearing. You can get a free ******** of a computer program called TheRecord PlayerTM 5.2.2 from the ForTheRecord company. That should do it for you. Please post back to let us know if it worked.

Re: CD Hearing Copy????

Hi and thanks. I found the site and downloaded the record Player.
Problem is it won't install. It says something about something not being valid.
I'll try again tomorrow. Maybe I will try Bravo Reader too.

I'm just so stuck!!!
