Does anybody know that any information about client committees in any organization?This is an advisory committee that will inform management on issues that are effecting clients. The committee is to be primarily run by clients. There needs to be as little intervention from staff as possible in the actual running of meetings and general day to day business of the committee. Do they nominate or elect people to the committee?
How do they run your projects?
