advice please.....

I suffered a back injury at work and after almost 2 years, surgery, injections, meds, exercises, etc. I am left with chronic pain and weakness in my right leg. I am getting ready to take the functional capacity test required by W/C. After my surgeon decides on the % of my right leg deficit how is it determined what my settlement will be? Is there a $ amount on each body part and you take a % of that.......Is every state the same as far as what amount is given to each body part? How do I find out what the amount is in my state for a leg? I don't mean this to sound so crude (talking about body parts) but I am trying to determine what my settlement may be. After I get my permanent restrictions from my surgeon I will continue to work at the same place, as I have been an excellent employee and they want me to stay on. So this settlement would ONLY be whatever I would get for a % of a body part loss. Any input is appreciated.

Deb
