Smile Has anyone here used Allsup to help them with disability benefits?

Hi All: Have any of you had ALLSUP help with getting your Social Security benefits approved? Thanks!

Re: Has anyone here used Allsup to help them with disability benefits?

I did and they helped me get my disability. I was on Long Term Disability (Prudential) with my employer and one of the requirements was that I had to file for Social Security Disability which I did. When I received my first denial I received a letter from my HR dept and they referred me to Allsup. Everything was done via phone and everyone was very professional. It came time for me to go before the judge and Allsup was able to fight the case for me without me going before the judge. Their charge was paid by Prudential and the same amount that a lawyer would charge.

I did and I recently won a fully favorable decision. If you pass their screening process, you have a good chance of winning your case. However, it may take up to 3 years or more to win and the onset day may change at the hearing stage, if you don't get approved before that level. Everything was done via phone and everyone was very professional. When it came time for my hearing the judge and Allsup determine my outcome without me going before the judge.
