HI[FONT=""][/FONT]I FINALLY GOT MY LETTER, THEY SAID I AM ABLE TO LIGHT ASSEM WORK AND THEY HAdE MIX UP PAPER WORK ,I MEAN WHAT I WROTE DOWN WAS I CAN"T DO THE THINGS I USE TO DO AND THEY SAID I WROTE DOWN THAT IN O8 I WAS DOING HOUSEWORK/MOWING THE LAWN/YARD WORK AND FIXING CARS,THAT NOT WHAT I SAID,I WAS UPSET THAT COULD NOT DO THEM ANY MORE SINCE 06,BUT I HAVE APPT WITH MY LAWYER ON THE 2ND AND WILL GO THREW IT ALL WITH HER THEN, HOPEFULLY WE CAN CLEAR IT UP, ALSO I DON"T HAVE NO MONEY to see any doctors and no money for my meds, my hips are killing me , i had surgery on my left toe and joint that was 2 yrs ago and now it hurts to wear shoes, my feet will hurt, my knee is hurting again had surgery there to. im about to be kick out of my appartment soon, my family was helping me out but now they stopped so i don"t know what to do. well just thought i let you all know whats going on. god bless you all.

Hang in there,it does take time as you can tell by reading some of these post.Im sorry your family is no longer helping you out. Try your state offices, food stamps, housing etc. I did, I got on housing after a wait,and food stamps, it helped until i finally won my SSDI. Im sorry you are going through this. Did you apply for SSDI, its based on your income and disability. Good luck to you.

thanks for replying,yes i have applyed for food stamps but they won"t help with my houseing, the health plan won"t except new patients, so i'm stuck and yes my lawyer had me for both ssi/ i can;t remember the other one, they said i would get 973.00 for ssi thats it, i also have hep-c and my doctor says my pain in my joints are from that, when i sit for 10mins and i get up i can feel my spine poping and my spine would be so painfull from my neck down to my L5/s1 area, my neck i have spinal stenosis and bone spurs the back doctor says i would have 10% of any relief so i don't know what to say about that. i just hope everything will go right for me when i see my lawyer on the 2nd. well thanks again,how long will it be once everything is sent back regarding paper work?

Was your denial at the ALJ hearing or reconsideration level?

It was at the reconsideration after the hearing he said he will let me know 5 months later.
