Two different Doctors appts one mental one physical?
My husband got notice today that he will have to have a physical exam and a mental exam. How long after the appts should he hear something? What are the chances of getting approved after the exams? Does everyone have to go to these exams before a determination is made on a case?

Well his first claim is at appeals right now. This is a new claim that he filed a few months ago. They have his medical records.

Why does he have two claims?

Do you have Doc backing you, or are you just submitting medical records?
