My doctor talked to me about it. I first saw a Rheumatologist in June and she told me then I was unable to work. I didn't bring it up...she did. She also told me that with treatment for my condition I might be able to return to work at some point maybe part time or maybe not at all. By November my condition was being treated but things weren't progressing as quickly as I had hoped. I asked her if she thought my disability were permanent and she said yes. I came home and contacted a lawyer. It's been 3 months as of today actually and I know it's a long wait so...that's where I'm at now.
