I knew i was going to be going to both my dr's this week and I emailed my lawyer and asked him if I needed anything else EX a function test report or the likes.

Well he responded and said We have every thing we need so we are all set.

I know he has the updated record from both dr's, so should i take this as a good sign?

I did also find out that the neurosurgeon put in his report that i have permanent nerve damage in my neck, shoulder and arm

I think this all sounds promising.

Since your hearing is soon and your lawyer says you are all set, sounds good.

I know this waiting process can really add on to the stress and pain.
It sounds like your attorney is confident and hope all goes well for you.
