| Re: Disability Determination - Doctor Review
May I suggest getting an attorney for this? They usually charge 25% of any backpayments, but it is totally worth it in terms of frustration and stress reduction. It took me a total of 8 years to finally get approved for disability. The approval rate in most states is amazingly low, and usually require you to bee seen by an administrative judge to have any reasonable chance of success. In my case, the gov't required me to see additional doctors, a psychologist, and an opthamologist. (I have diplopia)
I wish you the very best of luck, but don't be disheartened if you are denied,. If you are, call an attorney, and have them file an appeal for you. that is usually what it takes, as the appeal process eventually allows a human judge to review your case
Ciao,
Jon
