My case been decided and written now I still got wait I called yesterday they said it got to be process first then sent out . What are they talking about now. So I called 1800# they couldn't tell me nothing but I would receive a couple letters in the mail should I be scared.

they say that if you are approved or not. i was approved at the hearing level and the judge told me then and there i was approved. i called a week or two later to ask a question and all they could tell me was that i would be getting a letter. i had to wait for the letters to come before i could ask them specifics. i did get a direct deposit before i received the letter.
the answer could be in hidden in what they did tell you... dont quote me on it though...
every time i was denied, i only received ONE letter... so the fact they said you would be receiving a COUPLE OF LETTERS could be one saying approved, and another one could be an appt at local ssa office for paperwork to go for medicaid or something related to your backpay, checks etc...

i totally agree with this point. i know that when i was denied i only got one letter. when i was approved i got a ton of letters. good luck.
