Hi Everyone, Just wanted to give you an update on my SSDI case. Received letter from ALJ Fully Favorable and I'll be getting my back pay in the end of Sept. I'm so grateful that the judge found me fully favorable. I applied on 6/09 denied in 12/09 my attorney appealed the case and 6/11 had my hearing. I was then notified on Aug 1st was found fully favorable and I will be awarded my back pay which is for 20 months. This has been a very hard 2 yrs. for us and now I'm going to be able to live and pay my bills. I will be on medicare in December which is another blessing. Thanks to all of you who encourged me in waiting for my SSDI. I also encourge all of you who have just applied or just waiting for a decision. Don't give up!

Big congrats to you sunshine555. I was also just recently approved. Thanks for coming back and sharing this good info. It gives those still waiting encouragement to hang in there. The process, altho slow, does work. Again, congrats!
