Have you gotten the approval letter in writing? I am not talking about the notice of award letter? The wait times are really crazy.

It does seem like she told you in a round about way , you are approved .However, wait for the approval letter so you know for sure. I think that all this is a very good sign! One more thing, since this was from the 1-800 number not allof it is accurate. If you called again and spoke to a different person you would hear a completely different response. It is best to contact your local SSA office for updated information or your Lawyer.
It is true if you call tommrow you would get a different person with a different answer however I really think like mscat40, said they told you in a round about way you were approved but I would wait for the letter are check your account everyday maybe the money will just show up please keep us all posted
I agree with what both Mscat and jgrangran said. I am just going to wait on written correspondence from SSA. That 1-800 number can drive you mad esp. if you call frequently. I am sure SSA will get around to me again eventually altho it may take almost forever. LOL>>>gotta laugh to keep from crying.
Hang in there I know its hard but everyday is a little closer to eighter your money are your letter. Try to pass the time away like do a project of some kind are what ever you are able to do to pass the time hope you all have a Good Sunday
i just went thru this same thing i called the 800 number they said the decision was signed and was mailed out would not tell me good or bad i called odar they said the samething then i called the local office where i filed my application she said my file was in baltimore i said whats baltimore she said payment ctr. give it a try.
The best thing to do to find out correct information is call your local social security office or go down there. The payment center is located in Baltimore. So if you get anything in the mail from Baltimore if will be good news
