Question...

Had my hearing earlier this week. According to the attorney it went very well and would be shocked if I didnt win...I guess my question is...Does the judge have the final say, or is there some sort of review done after the hearing where the decision is made....Can the writers or auditers overrule the judges decision or sway the judge towards a different ruling? curious.....

Re: Question...

The ALJ has the final decision. If she/he denies you, your only options are to appeal the decision or drop this claim and start a new claim.

Re: Question...

It's too bad you can no longer file for appeal council (if denied at ALJ level) and start a new claim simultaneously.
