Survivors Adult SSI question
i recieve adult ssi and survivors had just got some back pay. but i recieved a letter from KC center to fill out a work report and send back. does this mean My survivors back pay is on hold cause of the work report they needed?

I am not sure if your backpay is on hold. However i do know how important it is to fill out all forms and send back to social security in a timely manner. I had a co worker that was recieving Survivors Benefits after her mother was killed in a freak accident. How long can a person recieve Survivors benefits after they are adults? The co worked full time , so I am thinking that income did not matter?
