| Update about my case
Today I was able to get my phone turned on as such i called My judges office to find out what was going on. I talked to an assistant and was told that my case was noted with an OTRD request and that the judge was notified and the assistant was going to notify the judge again as my case is noted as extreme dire need. As i was talking to the assistant i let her know that i was about to be evicted and needed something to tell my land lord in hopes they will let me stay a little longer. She notified me that the judge should make a decision about my OTR early this next week and if that is not able to be done, there is an opening for a hearing on the 16th of November if my lawyer was willing to wave the 20 day notification time. I have talked with my lawyer about waiving it and they already said they would so i emailed my lawyer and Monday i should hear if they will schedule my hearing for the 16th if i do not receive an OTRD. So things seem to be moving forward fairly quickly. Also I am the one that called the ODAR office today to get an update not my lawyer. So lets see what happens this next week
