Red face Wondering about other peoples hearings!!
..has anyone been to alj hearing,and vocational expert wasn't asked to testify?????..an what was outcome..???

I WISH! If the VE wasn't asked anything then he/she wasn't needed to make a decision. Logically that means you won. I know that no matter how many times you hear this, you still won't be able to relax until you hear it from the horses mouth...but just try to relax...I honestly think you were approved.

We're still in the same boat. No VE at my hearing.....it's been 28 days, and I've heard nothing. I'll let you know when I do....Let's hope we both hear good news sooner than later! Hang in there and don't make yourself nuts
