Does anyone know how quickly this is updated after a decision is made? Also does anyone know if this is updated when an OTRD is made?

Interesting...can i check online to see the alj decision? I had an attorney represent me and really didnt do anything online....

I believe it only says a decision was made it doesnt say what the decision was. That is as far as I know though

I was under the impression that you could only check the status of your claim application online if you did it yourself online without representation. I used a non attorney rep.

You need an application confirmation #, thus it seems you can only check your application status if you are filing online, alone. HTH

*Perhaps if you use an attorney or non-attorney representative, they are issued an application confirmation# when they submit your initial application. Call your rep. and get this # if they have it. You can then check your claim status online yourself, thus bypassing the middleman....your representative.

I have all the info i need to check my status online. I was just wondering if anyone knew how often or if it was updated when an OTRD was made. I am currently waiting for an OTRD if it can be made. I was told yesterday if one can be made it should be this week so i am checking the online status very often hoping it updates and lets me know a decision was made. We will see.
