Still waiting for approval letter after bench decision
Hearing on October 13th with a bench decision. I am still waiting for my approval letter. My congressman called to follow up a few weeks ago and they said I should hearing something in two weeks it is in editing. That date has come and gone. My lawyer called a week ago and they told her it is in editing and it should be no more than two weeks. I am so irritated, you would think it would go a bit quicker with a bench or otr decision but I guess it really doesn't matter. Just checking in with everyone and will keep you updated and then put up my timeline to help others.

Wow I can't believe it's taking that long just to write the approval decision letter. That office must be really backed up. Maybe you'll receive your backpay before you get your actual approval letter

Getyting your backpay deposited in your bank account is a real possibilty ,I know several people have had this happen before they recieved a approval inthe mail. Hopefully it will not take much longer , the waiting is awful.
