Other peoples hearings...??...
...how long was other people's hearings..??..did you havea vocational expert at hearings..??..what was outcomes ..??..

Flaco, I just wanted to say good luck to you my prayers are with you how do you feel the hearing went. I didn't have to go to the hearing level but I do feel for the people that do are that did because like every stage your left hangin and hoping . But please know we all care.

My hearing lasted 35 minutes. The Vocational Expert was there, and said there were no jobs I could do. The judge argued with him, saying I could work and there were many jobs I could do. The judge denied me.
When is your hearing?

Mine was 45 minutes with a ve but the judge didn't as the ve any questions. I was approved on the spot. DH was super worried because I was in there so long. He said he saw a lot of people with no lawyers go in and out in 5 minutes each.

Mine lasted about 20 minutes, no one called to testify, still no decision, it's been 10 weeks.

My hearing was about 30 minutes. No VE. On the record bench decision, favorable.
