So I got the decision today , unfavorable, all the evidence is there, i'm so frustrated and don't know what to do next, my atty had been no help at all

I'm so sorry for what you're going through. Please don't give up. File another appeal and possibly a new attorney that you are comfortable with. It's always bad when you see an unfavorable decision on here, but when it's a child...it just makes me sick. Keep fighting for her rights!

I am very sorry the decision was unfavorable If you want to you have every right to appeal the decision , or terminate the claim and start over. Was this at the ALJ stage?

Yes this was the ALJ decision, the judge I got had a 60% approval rating, I havent talked to our atty yet, he dosen't have time to see me yet, guess I'll have to wait til next week, everybody is gonna be busy with holiday stuff this week.

I know you said it took over 2 years to get to this point. This is just a huge disappointment to be denied at level 3 after all the wait time and other crap they put you through. Was this the 1st time you applied for your daughter? I would start the claims process over. Chances are if you have to go to level 3 again, you'd get different ALJ. Don't give up tho. If you don't want to start over, appeal the level 3 denial.
I am so very sorry I would appeal are start over don't give up eighter start over are appeal again this is so very very sad It just is not fair please don't give up fight for your daughter. Again my heart goes out to you. This is terriable.
