Hi,
Have any of you ever had a lawyer put together your updated records to send for an OTR without having an appt for ALJ? Does this mean your case is promising? or does it mean nothing?
Just curious. Thanks for any input you can provide. You guys are life savers, truly.

Allsup did this for me and I was found fully favorable OTR. I would say it means your case is promising.

Yep my lawyer did it for me, and I won but your medical records have to leave no doubt in the judges mind that you are disabled especially if you are a younger individual . When I won I was 54.
