Dec 13th hearing

I received my letter today from the ODAR. It just states that my hearing is on Dec 13th. There will be a VE it does not say anything about an ME being there. It will be a video hearing. The issues that are mentioned are nothing special it seems to me. They are the issues stated on the SSA website. The only thing i see different is it talks about If i have enough earnings under social security to be insured for a period of Disability and Disability Insurance Benefits. Does this mean Credits? If i didnt have enough credits wouldnt this have been the reason for denial the first time? It also states that if i am found disabled has it improved or am i still disabled. Is this a normal thing that they look at? I hope to be able to keep posting but after tonight and maybe a partial day tomorrow i will only have my cell phone to post so i may not be able to keep this updated or contribute as much as i want to. Thanks again everyone

Re: Dec 13th hearing

I wish you luck on your hearing, I know other will post I think last insure date is when you can't count your credits anymore. and credits are what you have earned by working but you could still get ssi. Again good luck with your hearing it will be here soon have you talked with your lawyer?

Yeah, I would think so.

Yeah, I think so again. Just another are you still disabled and not working SSDI formality. No need to schedule a hearing if someone has recovered sufficiently and gone back to work.
