I'm assuming this accident was not your fault, correct?
The other party's insurance should be paying for all of your medical bills until you are finished. You may either have to send them to that company or have your current auto insurance forward them.
What about your insurance paying for theraphy? Are you referring to your health insurance or new auto insurance?
Basically though, if it's not your fault, you should not have to pay anything in the end. You may have to pay and then be reimbursed from the other company. Depends on much med pay the other party had on their auto insurance.
Your agent should be able to explain this to you, or the company directly.
