Tired, Heavy Head, Neck Discomfort, Dizzy/Vertigo

Alright Tuesday night I fell asleep in my chair for about an hour and a half, I woke and went to bed. The next day I felt fine, around 11:30am I started to feel a little weird and felt like I was moving (not spinning) when I was just standing still, it lasted for about 5 secs and I was fine for the rest of the day. Thursday I woke up exhausted, I didn't sleep well, and throughout the day I experienced the weird feeling and dizzy/vertigo feeling a couple of times, after I got done work around 6pm I felt fine for the rest of the night, like nothing had ever been wrong. Friday I woke up less tired after a better nights sleep, and had much much more mild symptoms, maybe no dizzy/vertigo spells at all. Well today... Saturday, I woke up fine, but later started to have a few dizzy/vertigo spells, and I feel kinda weak/tired (even though I have had plenty of rest at this point. Another thing I should mention is I have this feeling like pressure on the top of my head, and my neck feels a little strained. Now I believe I do have seasonal allergies and pollen is covering things like crazy, and my sinuses are bothering me very slightly. Do you thinkt his could be a combination of my neck hurting from falling asleep in my chair and my allergies? Any other ideas? Any input would be greatly apreciated.

Oh BTW 23/Male
