Question What is going on? Dizzy, Disorientated a lot!

Hi I was just wondering if anybody had any suggestions or of someone has the same issue as I do. I find myself getting dizzy alot of the time. I work at a daycare with 2 yr olds, and I only ever call in sick maybe once every 3 months or so. But I do find that when there is a bug going around(which is most of the time) I usually get very dizzy, and can't concentrate on whats going on. Some times i can tough it out and my dizziness will go away, but sometimes it lasts most of the day and it wont go away. Usually this means im getting sick, but im starting to doubt that now, and im thinking maybe most people get dizzy, and im just overracting or something.

I usually think that dizziness means im sick because I dont ever get seriously sick, I havent thrown up since I was 9 yrs old. Even when the major vomiting bug went around the daycare, i didnt get that part of it.. just the dizziness.

I have it right now, and im finding this hard to type, and concentrate so I appologize if it dosent make any sense..

does anyone have any suggestions or help for me?

Does anything make your dizziness symptoms worse? Moving your head, changes in weather, altitude, fluorescent lighting, looking at a computer screen, etc....

I think this is very unlikely, but its worth considering. If this treatment doesn't work, I would suggest seeing a specialist because there are several common causes to dizzyness/vertigo. Most dizzyness/vertigo is caused by either a vestibular or central cause.
