Dizziness after Spinal for C-Section

Hello. I am wondering if anyone can help!!! I had a spinal done for a c-section in July of 2010. Right after the baby was removed I experiened a horrible migrane. I have been experiencing dizziness and headaches for the last year and the doctors can't seem to figure it out. I was hoping to see if anyone has any experience with a spinal and dizziness. Thanks so much!
