A Year of Dizziness and Fatigue after a night of heavy drinking

Last year i went to a drinking party, i was drinking hard Liquors however i was not drunk at all, i went home, i wake up still lightheaded and tired, and here we go, i went to ER, i did all possible tests, MRI, CT Scan, Blood Tests, i visited number of Neurologists, ENT,....all said ''no problem''
Now i am celebrating the first anniversary, a full year passed and i am in the same condition adding to that the Anxiety and stress which i gained from being down all the time, i lost my job, my life and i dont know if there will be an end to this...did anyone pass through the same?? i am on medication for Anxiety which is not helping at all but i just dont know what to do!!

There is a migraine condition called MAV that can cause these symptoms even without headache. This condition will not show up on any tests, and the only way to diagnose it is to start treating it, and see if the treatment works.

Have you ever had headaches at any time in your life? If you havent, then that still doesnt rule out MAV. However, a history of headache makes this condition much more likely.

Yes Bindar, i used to have Migraines whenever i am stressed, a strange type of Migraine which doesnt even go by sleeping.
