| intense dizziness every few minutes/blacking out completely
Hi there.
I don't normally post here but need some advice.
Since Saturday, I have been having intense feelings of dizziness every couple of minutes. It feels like everything is going black and that my eyes are shaking from side to side. Then after a few seconds it goes away.
I have completely blacked out once during this time. That was earlier this morning. These episodes are lasting longer and happening more frequently.
I saw the Dr yesterday and ended up at A and E just to check everything was ok. Nothing obvious found in urine, BP etc. They didn't do bloods.
I have a sore throat if that has any bearing on it.
I have been prescribed something to stop the dizziness but its not really helping.
Dr said its probably viral but should I be worried that I have been passing out completely?
Does this sound like vertigo?
