I have been struggling with vertigo for three weeks when a friend a mine suggested magnesium. I normally take 250 milligrams so I increased that to 500 mg. I also take 500 mg of calcium/vit. D. I haven't had an episode of vertigo in two days! I've also read that increasing vit. C may help with the "foggy head" many of us experience. I'm going to get some tomorrow. Has anyone else tried this?
