Spinning sensation
 
Since about 2003 I had about once per year had a spinning sensation like my brain was spinning. Then last year it happened a few times over a few weeks. Also I would sometimes get this spinning sensation for a split second.

After the major spin out I feel somewhat unbalanced. I went to the ENT guy and he doesn't think it's ear related so I am but stumped as to what it could be.

See a neurologist, its more likely to be a central issue. Do you ever get headaches?

No I don't get any headaches.

Do you mean Central Vertigo?
