Hi I have been recently diagnosed with this rare illnes... Dr Adunka in Chapellhil NC has recommended surgery but there is only 50% chance to get better or worse, I have stoped in the midlle of the road until spining sensation goes away...have sensorineural hearing loss in both ears and currently using hearing aids, tinitus and fullnes in both ears are daily present, nausea, headaches and unsteadiness are daily, I have also been diagnosed with eye missaligment, currently using prism in my glasses. I'm 41 yrs old serving in the Military and I'm not driving at all cause if something happens I will be 100% responsible of whatever happens in the road specialy in the Military Base. I have my concerns about this surgery because there is a pocibility that I can get worse also there is not many information about how you can develop something like this, thanks for your help, by the way...all my simptoms start right after been exposed to a blast in Iraq in 2007, currently serving active duty!!!
