Hi Didadi, so sorry to hear you've been suffering for so long. I'm afraid i cant really suggest anything although i've certainly had the migraine diagnosis in the past.
Seeing you mention the menopause i wanted to say that i'm a lot worse during the week leading up to and during menstruation, and i'm sure that although my basic problem is most likely my spine, pelvis and neck, i believe that hormones worsen the dizziness and ear symptoms. There is also reports in the news just now about studies showing just how common it is for symptoms of many illnesses and disorders to abate or disappear duriing pregnancy - hormones have so much to account for.
