Dizziness and more
I have been feeling like the room is spinning , my hands are shaking terribly bad, I have been having insomnia and I have been getting this funny popping in my left ear. I really don't know what to think about all of this, but I fear the worst. I can't get in to the doctor till next week. Does anyone know anything about this?

i wouldn't worry about it too much. sounds like you may have an inner ear infection or even something as simple as a wax build-up. your shaking hands and the insomnia may just be anxiety, since you're fearing the worst. hang in there sweetie....you're gonna be fine!
