Diet &diziness. Related?
So is BPPV. which I have had confirmed by at least 4 drs - I wondered if it can be triggered by too high a sugar diet? Allergies- how Abt sticking qtip in
Ear - I kind of am a stickler on cleaning my ears but now I wonder if this is
Aggravating my situation
I would love feedback- thanks .

Everything I have learned about BPPV, it can be triggered by many things. Allergies such as living in a high pollen area I would think could contribute to this. I think it's a mystery to doctors how the crystals can be knocked out of place.
