Can dizziness be sinus related?
So, for 2 days, out of nowhere, I started feeling dizzy. My allergies have been acting up due to rainy weather, humidity. I took Advil Allergy and Congestion, 2 tablets at once. Active ingredients (in each tablet)
Chlorpheniramine Maleate 4mg Antihistamine
Ibuprofen 200 mg (NSAID)* Pain reliever/fever reducer
Phenylephrine HCl 10 mg Nasal decongestant
*nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug

I started feeling loopy and dizzy later in the day, but it has lasted 2 days without taking anymore of the medication. Just wondering if this could be from my sinus/allergies? The medication stuck in my system maybe?

I believe some cases of vertigo is allergy-related. Hence, I have pressure/ringing in my ears, nasal pressure, itchy eyes, numb tongue, and jittery. I had these symptoms two years ago, and I was told that time is the only cure. Antivert makes me sleepy, so I will ride thus episode out (2-3 weeks). I had bloodwork, Cardio and neuro test and all were negative. Be safe and visit a neurologist and well established ENT group. Good wishes.
