| BPPV need help
I have been trying to prevent my spins- which are positional- mainly when I turn head to right or put my head back. I have had all kinds of tests - all normal
I have had Epley done ( husband is dr so he can do them- had training in it)- but it doesn't last. I do exercises given to me by therapist in this field - do them every nite.
does anyone one have suggestions- it mainly occurS AFTER GETTING UP FROM BED AFTER SLEEPING,
How do people sleep? is food a factor?
This has been going on for years- but the past 2 months have been a few times a week.
I do take allergy shots( mold andmust). Use Flonase.
ANY HELP OR SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE SO APPRECIATED!
